I am a photographer based in the U.S. state of Georgia - an amateur, or a hobbyist you might say. I’ve created this site to share my work - really to share the opportunities I’ve had to witness and to capture some of the beauty that surrounds us. In spectacular places such as our National Parks, and in ordinary places out of reach to few of us. If you are able, through my photographs, to experience even a hint of what I have been able to see, I consider this effort a partial success. If you are inspired to experience these things on your own, whether through a camera or not, I consider this effort a full success.
I will quote again John Muir - he appears in several places on these pages - as a reminder that our doors and windows are not a means out, but a way in to the world, a way to experience the beauty and the mystery that surrounds us.
